Boca Delray Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole executive course with 12 beautiful Par 3s & 6 Challenging Par 4s. In 2019, Golf Advisor rated our course as one of the Top 25 Short Courses in the U.S. At 3,071 yards from the longest tees, the golf course offers enjoyment to the beginner & novice golfers, but the small, undulating greens will challenge the advanced golfer. We are located inside a 55+ Community, but anyone can join. We have a very active Women’s and Men’s Golf Association, which host events weekly between the months of November through April (WGA – Tuesdays 9AM and MGA – Wednesdays 9AM). Both associations compete for prizes, trophies, and season-long awards. You will satisfy your competitive spirit and enjoy the camaraderie of all respective members.

Our Golf Pro
Our Head Golf Professional, Michael Midgette, PGA, has been a professional since 2011, becoming Certified in Teaching & Coaching by the PGA in 2017. Michael was born and raised in Long Island, NY and grew up playing ice hockey at a very competitive level. After watching the US Open at Bethpage Black in 2002, Michael took up golf, achieving a scratch handicap in under 2 years. He attended the International Junior Golf Academy in Hilton Head Island, SC for his junior and senior year of High School before moving on to Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC. Graduating from their business school with a management degree and a PGA Class A Membership, Michael stayed in Myrtle Beach to teach and compete on various Mini Tours. In 2016, he became an Assistant Professional at Hempstead Golf and Country Club on Long Island for 3 seasons before moving to Florida full-time with his wife.
He now resides in Boynton Beach, FL. Michael still competes at a very high level in PGA Section and National Events, placing 8th on the Player of the Year points list in 2021, qualifying him for the Challenge Cup, where South Florida faces off against North Florida in a Ryder Cup Style format.

THE 19TH HOLE
