We are a low density, dog friendly community with a highly rated executive golf course. We are a non-equity country club, so all residents can enjoy all the ammenities without investing in a club membership and the added cost of annual membership fees.

Boca Delray is divided into smaller groups of residences allowing those that live in each to have more control over their immediate surroundings. The Master Board oversees all common areas as well as ensuring continuity throughout. These groups represent three different two storey condominums, townhomes, single floor villas, and individual single family homes.
